The audit consists of 30x simple questions, that will help you better understand the dynamics and feelings within the team, across the 6x dynamics we recognise as the foundations for high performance.

Instructions on how to run the audit
Depending on team size and maturity, this activity should take around 90 minutes to complete
Familiarise yourself with the team effectiveness values and the instructions for the activity on the first and second tab. You might also find this post which talks about the values interesting for further context.
On the third tab, place your name at the top of one of the column headers in row 4
Reach each of the statements, and mark with an ‘x’ in the appropriate column whether you
Feel the team is doing a good job (green)
Feel the team is not doing a good job (red)
In the third column, choose from the drop down how critical you feel it is to discuss this particular dynamic as a team
Once each team member completes their column, schedule time with the whole team to run the debrief on the fourth tab.
At the top of this tab are the results from the scoring, though you may also want to reference back to individual team answers. The more “Red” the flag, the more important it is as a team to discuss.
