Nick Villani

Founder

Nick has been working a leadership coach and learning designer in the digital space, and has a keen interest in the human side of transformation.

He founded Coteam out of a desire to help individuals develop a growth mindset, and improve overall team effectiveness through the application of effectual methodologies. He’s super proud to be working with an amazing team of specialists, in a diverse array of fields.

Neil Perkin

Agile transformation expert

Neil is a renowned writer, keynote speaker and the founder of Only Dead Fish, a digital consultancy that specialises in applying strategic understanding of digital and emerging technologies to help businesses and leaders optimise their effectiveness within the new, digital-empowered business environment.

Celynn Morin

Wellness Coach

Celynn helps business leaders and their teams who are challenged by stress to enrich the quality of their lives; to have more energy; to sleep with ease and to feel more in control of their physical, emotional and mental health. This provides countless benefits such as improved productivity and engagement.  

Celynn has been delivering workplace well-being programmes for over two decades. She is a registered dietitian and award-winning, international speaker. She has co-authored two books and has developed various well-being programmes such as Performance Chemistry, Wellculator, Fit to Lead and Santé.

Through her unique style that includes a joie de vivre rooted in curiosity, connection, Celynn will help you to lead by example as you inspire others to look after their own well-being, inspiring a corporate culture of extraordinary, high-performing, healthy and engaged teams.

 

Sam Dickinson

Innovation and leadership expert

Sam has been working in the field of innovation and digital transformation for almost 20 years, firstly with the consultancy ?What If! (now part of Accenture) and latterly at Google where he is currently Head of Digital Transformation in the Google Digital Academy. Most of his time is spent with senior teams from Google’s largest Customers in the Ads and Cloud spaces who want to imagine a more ambitious future for their business then take practical steps to make it happen..

His current obsession is with what he calls ‘The Digital Transformation Paradox’ - the more a company focuses on technology, the less likely it is to benefit from it. In recent years he’s become an evangelical proponent of ‘people-led digital transformation’ as an antidote to the problems frequently encountered by businesses aspiring to become a ‘tech-company’.

Hazel Swayne

Learning Designer

When the world zigs, Hazel Zags. Peru-born and NYC-made, Hazel recently finished a 3-year journey around the world with her family working remotely while homeschooling her 3 children and researching the future of education. In a way, you could say she predicted the future. Hazel has vast experience working with distributed teams and creating impactful virtual and in-person learning experiences for teams and senior leaders around the world.

Hazel is privileged to be designing and facilitating transformative learning experiences with organisations such as Google, TUI, Spotify, Disney, Hyper Island, and Dentsu Aegis Network.

Niall McKinney

Artificial Intelligence Expert

Niall McKinney has worked extensively with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and is considered a leading expert in the field.

Niall's expertise in AI and digital marketing led him to be the Chief Growth Officer at Black Crow AI, which uses AI to help advertisers optimize their digital media buying. He also founded a chatbot development company, which developed AI-powered chatbots for various clients.

Niall's contributions to the field of AI and digital marketing have earned him recognition as a thought leader and expert in the industry. Chris is a D+I practitioner with a qualification in ‘Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’. He is wholeheartedly committed to awareness, education and equal representation. Inspired by his own experience with workplace discrimination, he is on a life-long mission to create equal opportunities for all.

Chris started Your D+I to support businesses to instil authentic diversity and inclusion into their organisation and to provide a platform where everyone is seen, valued, and supported on an equal playing field.

 

Shomi Williams

Psychotherapist

Shomi is a mental health & wellbeing specialist, she is also the founder of Lafiya Health, a platform to promote inclusive community psychoeducation. She assists businesses and individuals to reach their varied goals. Shomi has worked with organisations such as Rotary Club, Eastpak, London School of Economics and Political Science, Brunel University and Incubeta. She supports wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion needs through open conversation and engaging educational programmes that probe difficult thought processes which are simply too easy to ignore.

Shomi uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles to provide solution-oriented remedies when it comes to team-building, reducing stress & burnout, self-reflection, anxiety & depression prevention, and confidence-building. Accessibility and cultural competence are at the heart of her work to ensure that the necessary perspectives are involved in the conversation.

 

Stacey Lowman

Financial Wellbeing Specialist

Stacey Lowman, Head of Employee Wellbeing and Financial Coach at Claro, has 14 years of experience in the investment industry, working for global corporates, fintechs and startups.

She has been an accredited financial coach since 2016 and set up her own Financial Coaching business in 2018, with a focus on financial wellbeing and green money. Stacey was also a Career Coach, supporting people transitioning into purpose-driven work. She joined Claro as their first Financial Coach in January 2021.

Daniel leads transformational education programmes that help organisations thrive in a digital age. 

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in advertising and marketing, half of which were spent immersed in the world of digital. Most recently, Daniel headed up the Google Digital Academy team that designed and delivered ground-breaking education programmes and workshops for advertisers, agencies and Googlers across EMEA.

During his time at Google, Daniel developed a passion for the more human aspects of digital transformation, and now works with C-suite and senior management to help them lead the changes in culture, company and customer-centricity that enable them and their teams to adapt and grow in an ever-evolving, VUCA, digital world.

 

Alice Bull

High Performance Coach

After over 20 years of experience working in corporate organisations and elite sport, Alice now uses her experience to help clients achieve high performance through mindset management and relaxation techniques in group and one-to-one settings.

As a Sophrologist, Alice guides clients through exercises that can help them manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep and let go of negative self-talk. Her simple and practical exercises include breathwork, tension release movements, visualisations and meditation to relax the body and calm the mind.

Alice has worked with organisations including Grant Thornton, Tullow Oil, and Arrowpoint Advisory and within Sport and The Arts her clients include top British tennis players, golf professionals and Hollywood actors.

Alice was recently a guest on Jonny Wilkinson’s “I Am’ podcast and The Liz Earle Wellbeing Show talking about the benefits Sophrology brings to mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Gina is a strategic digital marketing and digital transformation consultant with over 17 years’ global experience across a range of industries including luxury hospitality and travel, airline, restaurant and catering, green coffee, wine, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and telecoms.

Gina has extensive experience consulting for clients helping to define and build their marketing strategies as well as developing and delivering digital transformation. Clients include Google, Shell, GSK, Estee Lauder, Syngenta and Groupe SEB and Gina has trained over 10,000 people face-to-face and online.

Eva is a recognised thought-leader in digital and agile transformation, who helps organisations and leadership teams adapt to change. She uses her experience of leading transformation at complex organisations such as the BBC and Amnesty International, to mentor leadership teams on aligning their strategy & activities, adopting agile behaviours, fostering autonomy and leading dispersed teams.

With over 20 years’ experience in senior L&D roles in large corporates, she helps leaders who want to use the power of the mind-body connection to find more focus, energy, balance and overall wellbeing particularly during periods of complexity and rapid change.

Enabling a values-driven approach to life and work is the thread that runs through all her work, as Executive Director of the Sophrology Academy and as steering group member of the UK Values Alliance, a non-profit collaborative group seeking to put values at the heart of society.
