  • Identify causes of, and the psychology behind what creates anxiety

  • Articulate ways in which we can support one another during times of stress and specific coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety

  • Practice using tools such as breathing and meditation to reduce stress and outline a plan on how to integrate these at work and at home
