The Transform Bootcamp includes:

  • A totally structured, immersive learning journey over three modules

  • Six live classes facilitated by industry experts

  • Six wellness classes focused on the principles of yoga, meditation and breathwork

  • Six tasks with feedback from peers and coaches

  • Daily check-in’s and learning kits

  • Pre and post training benchmark surveys

Learning Outcomes

  • Explain the importance of developing a growth mindset and create an action plan around opportunities for personal development physically, mentally and professionally

  • Develop a stakeholder empathy map and how to support colleagues to become more adaptive in times of change

  • Explore the characteristics of a high functioning remote team and implement practical initiatives to improve communication and foster greater collaboration

  • Apply agile methodologies to prioritise work and aid faster, better decision-making aligned to business goals

  • Develop specific habits and create a roadmap for how to continue to improve performance, both personally and as a team

  • Practice techniques such as yoga and breathwork to bring a greater sense of calm and happiness to the workplace
