Explore the characteristics of a high functioning remote team and implement practical initiatives to improve communication and foster greater collaboration
Apply agile methodologies to prioritise work and aid faster, better decision-making aligned to business goals
Develop specific habits and create a roadmap for how to continue to improve performance, both personally and as a team
Practice techniques such as yoga and breathwork to bring a greater sense of calm and happiness to the workplace
